The Fourth of July

We have made the trip to Utah for the Fourth of July for 5 years now. Yes that's right 5 years! Utah knows how to celebrate the fourth and we are lucky enough that Sandy & John moved onto the funnest block around. They block off the street and have a huge party with food, dancing, games, train rides, fire works and Rocket Chick! Then at the end of all that They show a movie on the wall of the corner house and everyone is welcome to sleep out there. The next morning they serve crapes and we all get ready for the parade. It is like going back in time (in a good way)when we visit. My kids get a little taste of what it was like growing up here. I hope that we will always be able to keep this tradition.

We LOVE going to Utah and one of our favorite places to visit is Cascade Springs. It is beautiful! It's up Provo Canyon. We went with Mike & Rachel and kids and Sandy & John and had a great day. The drive to Cascades Springs is as beautiful as the place it's self.

Ok, I am giving this blogging thing a shot. You will all need to be patient with me while I get up to speed. I know the fourth of July was forever ago in blog years but, that's what I'm working with now. I will get better....I hope. Amy, Rylee's birthday will be posted soon! I promise. I just need to find Jessica's camera that Rylee has hidden somewhere. Ok....here it goes!
